Do I pay when I book?
No. Booking is free. We review your request first, and if we can help, we email you the payment link once the date and time are confirmed.
How do I pay?
You receive a secure card payment link by email after we review your request and confirm the time.
When do I need to pay?
At least 10 hours before the call. Payment is what confirms the call; if it is not made by then, the call is not confirmed.
What if you can't help me?
We tell you honestly and send no payment link. We suggest what could help, or refer you to someone who can really help.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Reply to your confirmation email or write to moujtaba@nadr.ai and we will arrange another time.
What language is the call in?
English or Arabic, whichever you prefer. You receive everything after the call in your language.
Why are spots limited?
Because I give every call its full time before and after, so I open a limited number of slots each week.
